Some colour,

On a very dreich and wet day ..... spent the afternoon in the studio with cold wax and oil.....this is of the beginning....once it dries i'll do more to it...this process is so interesting cos i start a painting and once i'm done it tends to look nothing like it did when i started!  mind you i kinda like this one as is.....but i know i'll put something on top, noodling away more with it!

The extra is one that i've painted over 4-5 times now, i think i'll leave it here.

There was a lot of snow on the ground this morning, and i'm glad i went for a good walk in the forest.....cos it has now been raining all afternoon and we basically have 2-3" of slush!!!

Modified fasting day, and doing pretty good so far, a nice pot of veggie soup awaits, plus the 1 glass of wine i allow myself!

Also, i love the idea that clickychick suggested, so i have done what she did, gone to settings and said yes to making my location known, a lovely little Canadian flag now appears beside my comment.....lets pass this one!!!!
