Gaslighting: a form of psychological manipulation to destabilize a targeted individual making him/her question his/her own perception, memory, or sanity, through persistent lying, denial, misdirection, and contradiction.

Proprioception: the ability to sense stimuli arising within the body regarding position, motion, and equilibrium. Sometimes described as a sixth sense. To grasp one’s own position in space.

An interesting convergence of words swishing in my head until they rested on these two “out the car window” shots this morning.
