Like water off a duck's back

Great fun to watch this Hawaiian duck (koloa) playing in the water in the Maunalua Bay parking lot.   He'd dip his head in and let it roll off.  Also did some orchestral moves and, of course, the waterdog shake.   They are very similar to a female mallard.  Think this is a male with his olive green bill, shimmery green head, and orange legs and feet.   More info from Wiki here.

Three guys and a backhoe were working near the ramps.   Couldn't connect what they were doing with any repair to the ramp.
