Green hope

There's something so hopeful in budding plants, new beginnings ! This bud and most probably a flowerhead of sorts sprouted out of a lean stalk that was used as filler in the bouquet of two weeks ago. I have no idea what it is but I do like its tender leafs and its fresh green colour. The bokeh circles behind it are raindrops on the window.
