Almost Dark

... on the cross country piste but I stopped at this chalet I normally go whizzing past; the hare tracks looked enormous! I guess it is the effect of the higher temperatures today so the edges of the tracks have melted.

Lindsey and I had gone on a silly route in deep snow to Ensex, a high mountain village, only to join the normal track (see extra) to see just how much snow was on the chalet rooves. The chalets are disappearing!

Thanks again for all your bouquetin love for yesterday's blip. I suspect the baby bouquetin stole your hearts! The next lot of snow is due on Monday, so, so much this winter, I hope those babies survive.
