Petals (Day 1377)

There was a hint of frost on the ground as I followed the woofers up the hill this morning, and later, as I headed for Stromness to change a hot water cylinder, there were patches of ice on the road.
The cylinder change was a little delayed by a packaging error - the outside of the packaging gave all the details of the cylinder I wanted, but the cylinder inside was different and not suitable. Thankfully the merchant had another in stock and they delivered it to me as I got on with preparing for the new cylinder.
With the cylinder fitted, I headed along to the house re-furb I am to be involved in to see when I am needed there, then dealt with a cistern which was over filling. I popped in on my customer in Dounby on the way home and was back at the ranch in time for a late lunch with my beautiful wife.
Later, as HV headed for her overnight shift at work, I made my way into town to do a bit of banking and pick up some bits.
I returned home blipless and disappeared into macro world for a little while.
