Sgwarnog: In the Field

Draw

The sun may have been shining but the gloom over Bradford City's season still isn't showing any sign of lifting. A frustrating 0-0 draw at home to Plymouth Argyle is not the sort of result that will see City escape relegation. They could and should have won this one, particularly  in a more purposeful second half, but half-chances didn't fall their way and good opportunities were spurned.

And the big mystery of the day, why did Argyle run out onto the pitch on their own rather than walk out in formation with the other team and the match officials like in every other game I've ever witnessed?

It's just me and 11yo this weekend as 14yo is away on his big school trip in the snow resorts of New Hampshire. He says he's had fun on his first day on the slopes at least, which is a good sign.
