Beach tree

A full tree washed ashore - not that common a sight and worth a blip, I thought.

Yesterday's biting wind was replaced by a fairly mild breeze which made for pleasant walking on the beach. Whilst Poppydog and I were busy enjoying a bit of peace (me) and rabbit sniffing (her) LH was busy enjoying his best round ever at Orkney Golf Club (nett 57). He was a very cheerful chap for the rest of the day :-)

Out for a meal tonight as we celebrate our 35th anniversary tomorrow (I've just read that it's Coral) when the restaurant will be shut.
