RED CAP GUM

.....again.  I posted part of this plant on Tuesday.
The branches I have in the vase are still going strong and much to my amazement the little red caps are still popping off and the flowers are unfurling.  Incredible.
In the blip you will see a red cap hanging, just, to the right with the flower unfurling under the cap.
I just loved the pink and green colours in the shot.

I might add I'm exhausted after golf today - a charity day.
The weather was warm and very humid.  I dripped and we all dripped.
I can barely stay awake here.  I know I have to catch you all and respond to yesterday's blip.
