What a brilliant weekend at home. Today there was time to cook from scratch, savour elevenses, tank around in the car on errands with the music loud, get muddy at bootcamp, get windswept and cold at the allotment (bit risky though pruning the fruit bushes so late...), tackle those jobs that have been literally hanging round the house for weeks/months, and eat cakes. Not necessarily in that order. And best of all to spend time with my husband, whose practical skills still amaze/impress me.
