Bexley Square

This building was last a magistrates court. Prior to that it was the original Salford Town Hall. A plaque commemorates the battle of Bexley Square (1931) part of Salford’s radical history.

A meet up with a colleague who is leaving. Porta ( out of shot to the right) is an excellent place for a tapas. Very Spanish. Who would have thought Chapel Street and tapas would go together in one sentence ?
