World Book Day

For World Book Day, Theo has made a coral reef in a shoe box. This year the children had the choice to either dress up as a book character, sculpt a potato into their favourite character, fill a bag with props or use a shoe box to make a scene from their book. Theo enjoys factual books more than fiction and is really interested in wildlife so chose to make a coral reef...then his teacher said it had to be from a story book so we adapted it to be the coral reef scene from "Tiddler" (a story about a story-telling fish but there's a coral reef in it!). I particularly like the blu-tac and pasta sea urchin!
