I think what it means is this train has FEWER carriages than it should. But a train's a train so I anticipate getting home in due course. It will be busy.

Up in Dundee for work today. Back to routine with the three year old staying overnight ready for tomorrow. She is doing so well in her new role of big sister and I am looking forward to her company.
