Seeing Into The Heart

Who knew that there would be so much moisture in the heart of an aquilegia? - except it's not an aquilegia but I don't know what it is!

Update: I now know - thanks to gen2 - that this is an Alstroemeria

I've not been out all today - My back has been complaining at all the travelling its been doing and I'd plenty to do at home, so I thought I'd be kind to it and do some gentle pottering about at home. And my Wednesday friends weren't available :(

By late afternoon, I'd not taken a single photo, so I grabbed the tripod, my macro lens and my vase of ageing alstroemeria  (reduced for quick sale nearly two weeks ago and still looking remarkably reasonable!) and got in close.....
