Feliz Primavera!

This picture is taken through our City Hall office window where we were asking for a registry document so we can change the address of our car (it's still registered at the old address) so we can pay our car taxes this summer. Talk about difficult bureaucracy. Then we'll give this to a gestorian who will do the change for us for money of course.

It's been a busy day with a 2000 piece puzzle and a headache.
