Tebay services on the M6 are not your usual motorway services! A family run farm shop and kitchen, the food is homemade, healthy and delicious. We both had frittata with interesting salads and ate looking over the duck pond to the Cumbrian hills.
We arrived at our destination at 6.30pm; Hotel Indigo in Dundee, stylishly converted from a former jute textile mill. We had an excellent dinner in the Daisy Tasker restaurant on the ground floor; named after a 14 year old weaver who organised social events for the mill workers.
