Dappled Light

Again the light when I could take photographs was harsh, so I opted for the woods, but still some of the bright spots are too hot. Still, the streaks of light filtering through the trees made for a very pleasant walk. I like the spots of light on the trunks and branches and the contrast between the darker foreground and brighter area in the distance.

The woodland is much more open than I'm used to with relatively little undergrowth.

Using the Sony has been a different experience. Working handheld I have to watch the shutter speed, raising iso accordingly, and using focus and recompose. It's small and light, but a bit fiddly. I prefer the Fuji's dials to change settings and back button focus.
