The new way to cook

I’m on the train again this afternoon - London bound. I get to the flat before 11, with some ricotta cannelloni.

We don’t do microwave at home, but mum’s flat does. It’s been around for ever. While waiting for the pasta to heat, I notice the recipe book - and its title. A little piece of history, still working as intended.
