Full on day.
First to Baildon for Kitty and me to see her Grandy then Daddy finish the 13 mile race. Mr P knocked over ten minutes off his time from last year and came second in his category, Mike, our Son in Law used the run as training for next month’ s London Marathon.

Quick dash home for Mr P to be fed and watered then over the moors to Tim and Adele’s for dinner.
Got there in time for father and son to watch the Tour of Flanders cycle race on TV.
Lovely dinner and a catch up with grandsons who are more than ready for a break from school.
Then Tim showed me lots of exercises to open up my hips, stretch my tendons and get wider rotation in my shoulders.
Felt like a full on work out .
( He really should have been a fitness instructor ).
Messaged with Rebecca about how Ruby was getting on at the audition ( which seemed to go on forever).
Found out she enjoyed it and seeing her friends from the last two years. After dancing on point and doing Contemporary she was asked to partner two different young male dancers for lifts and she saw her number written down by the choreographers - does that sound like good news ?
Who knows.
Saw her featured on Instagram shown by NYB and she looked strong and confident to me.
While the audition was going on , Rebecca went down to the Thames to watch the boat race.
Meanwhile we came home in time to watch Line of Duty.
Hadn’t got time for a considered photograph so it’s one from the journey home and a collage of Mr P, Ruby ( courtesy of Rebecca and Mike our son in law.
Will be catching up on here tomorrow x
