Colour

Everything is so vibrant and colourful in KY - the colours just pop out at you!

Took another boat out to a different part of the reef today - water calmer and less cloud cover - ideal for snorkelling - we moored near on old lighthouse constructed back in the 1800s the water was teeming with life it was amazing to see

Late afternoon spent at the Hemingway house - Hemingway lived in KY during the 1930's not sure all the stories I heard today were true but they excentuated the character of the man - enjoyed spotting the 6-7 toed cats who inhabit the place! I read a lot of Hemingway over the last 10 years having been introduced by an American friend - unfortunately great writers are often the most troubled - but I guess thats the way it needs to be
