Bursting out

After yesterday's punishment to the legs I just had a gentle walk down by the ponds this afternoon. 
Nice pics of the butterbur, alder cones, some elm flowers and this one which I discovered has a bonus.
Good service at church with a different couple leading the worship.
Otherwise fairly lazy.
