Toot Toot

It was a beautiful sunny morning, so I Annie headed off with good friend Ruth into the North York Moors. We end up in Goathland, which has a beautiful station and the North York Moors railway running through it. The track just North of the station is single line so the blip shows two trains passing and handing over the token to be allowed on the line. Toot toot!

After a lovely walk on the moors (see first extra), where we saw skylarks and grouse, we headed back to York to pick up Rosie. She and I then headed back down South in the evening.

I (Chris) had a day at home, got some jobs done and then I popped out mid-afternoon to photograph the bridge over the River Thames at Clifton Hampden (see second extra). Good to have Annie home this evening.
