Yesterday was a climbing day but I just didn't feel like it.  Today we went to El Rio and did the only routes all but one of us were capable of, all four of them, which were a good mix of delicate and thuggy. 

The photo shows those whose knees weren't capable of negotiating the path down into the gorge.
