A very pleasant walk with the Ramblers today in and around Calderglen Country Park in East Kilbride, with a short detour to Langlands Moss Local Nature Reserve.
Our route included a beautiful stretch along the delightfully, but quite inaccurately on today's showing, named 'Rotten Calder' river and alongside the Flatt Linn.
It was quite an odd day weather-wise: relatively cold, overcast and breezy at some points while bright, sunny and warm at other times (as when this photo was taken). But it stayed dry and for that we were all grateful. Seventeen of us out today for one of our shorter (only about 10.5km) Wednesday walks.
