Out and About #1

The morning was dull and cool when we visited Falkland Palace which is in a nearby village. All of us have fond memories of Falkland as my family lived there for many years. Wandering through this quaint village is like taking a step back in time.

The day brightened and it was most pleasant when we arrived at Carberry Towers for lunch. After that it was on to Dalkeith Country Park for a walk, coffees and cakes! We had a most enjoyable time ... out and about!
