Rydw i wedi gweithio yn y Brifysgol am bron ugain blwyddyn a nawr mae ugain diwrnod gwaith gyda fi tan i mi adael.  Hoffwn i adael pethau yn daclus os oes posibl ac yn rhoi fy nghyd-weithwyr y cyfle gorau i ddeall beth roeddwn i wedi bod yn gwneud.  Treuliais i'r diwrnod yn mynd trwy'r e-bostiau a ffeiliau i geisio gwneud synnwyr o bethau.  Mae mwy mwy i wneud yr wythnos nesa.

Es i allan i gael coffi gyda chyd-weithwr (sy'n gadael hefyd) ac roedd e'n fel roedden ni'n gallu treulio amser gyda’n gilydd bron fel pe bai am y tro cyntaf.  Mae pethau'n newid.

I've worked at the University for nearly twenty years and now I've got twenty working days until I leave. I would like to leave things tidy if possible and give my colleagues the best chance to understand what I had been doing. I spent the day going through the emails and files to try to make sense of things. There's more to do next week.

I went out to have a coffee with a colleague (who is also leaving) and it was like we could spend time together almost as if for the first time. Things are changing.
