Puffins on the Island of Copinsay

I went over to lend a hand with some work on the RSPB reserve on the island of Copinsay. It was nice to see my first arctic skuas of the spring 4 or 5 birds, all dark phase. Lots of common terns, puffins etc. Not much in the way of migrant songbirds, probably because of the strong northerly winds of the last week or so keeping them south
