The Edge of the Wold

Misty morning

A bright morning after a rainy day and evening means a misty start with dewy grass, always worth being up and out early for. Today we needed to be early as we had an overnight guest and Wifie was running a morning Health & Harmony workshop for which I am the general factotum. Gus's tummy is settled again, and he comfortably made it to the top of the Knott to get this view east towards Ingleborough (which has dissolved in the hazy distance). No apologies for once more blipping this particular view across the wooded whaleback limestone hills that climb upwards into the distance. It draws me back every time, and I'm always intrigued by the interlocking limestone hills on the right of the photo.

I enjoyed the workshop and it helped my back which has been none too good this last few days. Even the sciatica in my leg has eased. And it was good to meet Flavia13 again.
