A ferry ride to Innishmor

We took the Doolin Ferry to Innishmor this morning in brilliant sun and easy seas. T and I used anti-seasick patches and had a very pleasant ride. We took long walk up to Dun Aonghasa, a prehistoric dry stone clifftop fort. The view from the top was fabulous, and the walk a bit tough on the Irish stones, some polished to a black sheen from so many climbers.

We had and island tour with a local guide, lunch in a cozy restaurant and T and I both bought Aran sweaters.

For the Record,
This day came in sunny and warm. T and I used anti seasick patches and had a pleasant ferry ride.

All hands slightly sunburned and in love with Ireland
