Risotto asparagi e zafferano

Sunny day in many ways. Mr B is OK now and playing tennis. Dentist has fitted my crown (apparently it’s more a crown than a veneer), you would never know it’s not real, such a good colour match.

And filled up at the local Organic/vegan shop, treating myself to a wonderful vegan cinnamon bun and more of the ‘smoked gouda’ which is the first reasonable cheese I’ve found (had to bin all the others).

My blip is for today’s Tiny Tuesday Challenge with the theme ‘Vegetable’. Thanks ninniex.

NB Made the risotto with the last of the asparagus. And topped it with some crunchy asparagus tips (tossed in a pan for a few seconds) and finely sliced spring onions. And Nutritional Yeast instead of parmesan. Was delicious.
