Where do the bricks come from?

I did the long walk to the shops over the field. I'm always intrigued by the bricks, there must have been a building here at some time. 
I've had a nice lazy day just helped with Margaret doing a bit of In bloom planting and tidying this evening. Not really derelict but you never know.
