Chicken

My neighbour's surviving chicken succumbed yesterday. I didn't witness the sad event but I understand that there was a short service followed by a committal in the recycling bin. 

This news from my neighbour when he called for a parcel that I'd accepted on his behalf. I'm passing on this local news because I've really not git anything else to report - a busy day catching up after taking Friday off but nothing worth sharing.
