Allotment 2 nearly completely planted with last to go in swede and turnip seed - also resin parsnips that failed to germinate. All has been hand weeded and Beets and perpetual spinach need to be thinned. First baby spinach ready for harvest. The French and runner bean plants that were transplanted at the weekend have not suffered and are growing on as are the sweet and baby corn plants.
