Mount Pond: Look Who's Flying!

Low, High, Cayuga fly-by!

My mother and I went to see whether the Cayuga was being friendly after a coffee at The Black Lab... We watched some washing mallards for a bit, then spotted the Cayuga paddling on the other side of the pond: it then flew up to the walkway for a preen, splashed back into the pond, then took off for a loop around the mount! I've seen it fly short distances before, but never climb and fly for more than a couple of seconds... It was obviously quite an effort, and there was much panting afterwards.
