New build

On the Wide Wednesday theme of work in progress there are several new developments around about. This one includes a new walk/cycle way which currently ends in the darkness beneath the bridge that I'm standing on. A bit more work required... Thanks to Steveng for hosting while Bob is off gallivanting somewhere.
