Edinburgh is changing

I can remember Leith St when it was double decker. That is long gone, as it's replacement. The new St James Quarter is rising from the deep, deep hole. I can see the cranes from home.

I was off for a bit of fika with I at V&C. Mmm, fig tart.

Getting home was more interesting. The police stopped the bus near the cemetery and the rest of the journey has to be completed on for. Turned out to be an unexploded grenade. Shades of Stuart Watson in Inverurie.

The weather is awful: cold and wet. More plants have arrived and I tidied up the varied piles of #2 son's possessions. Looks better now.

Then I frittered. I did swim this morning but if much rather have been out tonight too.
