Do you like my hairstyle...?

The weather forecast for the Keswick area this morning wasn't great, with definite advice to stay fairly low because of cloud and high winds on the higher ground. The extra shows the sort of day it was.

Rain was also forecast but happily it was relatively light most of the time and actually stopped as the day went on.

Anyway we met up with Technophobe and LooseCanon again. We took the bus to Lodore and walked round the south and west of Derwentwater where the woods gave us some shelter when the rain came on heavier for a while. Towards the end of the walk we came across these fun alpacas in a field and this one had to be my blip.

When we arrived in Portinscale we dropped in on Sue and Dave Middleton who very graciously fed us flapjack and tea. Then on arriving back in Keswick we said our goodbyes to Technophobe and LooseCanon and set off home.

Altogether a lovely couple of days.
