Dear Evan Hansen

Flew to the US today, en route to a conference.  However, we have an overnight layover in Newark, so we went into New York to see a show - Dear Evan Hanson.

Really enjoyed it - it's very contemporary and tackles themes around mental health, parenting, and social media.  The cast were great, occasionally let down by the sound production, but the staging, choreography an lighting were absolutely excellent - reminding me in places of the "Hit List" show in the series TV Smash.  

Off to bed now - my body thinks it's 5am and I'm appropriately tired!
