Lunch

The day started well. Good coffee & good croissants (I'm sure I took a photo, but...)

It got better at lunchtime. I made hummus. I had fresh bread to eat it with. I had a (home made) smoothie to drink with it. Raspberries, cucumber, banana, ginger, turmeric and coconut water. 

Dinner finished the day nicely. Stir fried chicken (with garlic, ginger, red pepper and spring onion) and rice. 

In between - domestic stuff. The usual Saturday task list.
