Funnel Web

I managed to get out of the house before the rain set in today and saw a whole load of these things in Wat Tyler Country Park in Pitsea... I assume it's a tunnel web spider.

Having taken delivery of a new (2nd hand) Canon 100-400mm lens, I spent the afternoon inside playing with it and it's sort of blown my mind due to the quality. No longer will I have to stick to roughly f8 to get a sharp photo! I have more new camera gear planned in the near future as I simply love photography :)
