A very co-operative mallard...

... posed happily for about 20 minutes, as I tried to get a decent shot of a reflection (a mini-project I have been working on this week). I think this one fits the project best, uncluttered by vegetation.

In the extra, i thought the duck appeared to be laughing at how much of my time he was taking up.

I have added an extra shot and further information on yesterday's Then&Now blip, following comments which triggered some extra research about the buildings.
