Much needed today. Caught between gulps from the beck!

Have hit a low point as the pain in my back and leg has intensified today after slow but sure improvements over the last four weeks. Hobbling about once more.  Not sure I can face it all again…walking is such a big part of my daily routine, especially with a lively dog.
