It was bucketing down when I headed east on the M62 south Leeds for the Cross Flatts Parkrun. It was dry at the start of the run but by lap 2 the rain had caught up with me.

35th position with an official time of 25:08

Didn't do much for the rest of the day - hence this emergency blip.
