As Proud as a Peacock

You can see this fellow is certainly as proud as a peacock!

And the S1 pupils who created him should be very proud too.

The exhibition is open again until Saturday and two of the new additions to the bird sculptures in the Film Room, added just as the term ended, are the sculptures created by two groups in S1 at Notre Dame High School in Glasgow.

This one is the peacock which the pupils were working a month ago when we blipped about what they were planning and doing.

We love how it has turned out. Good team work, S1 Notre Dame!

How is possible to get that pride in his expression with only a willow frame and tissue feathers?
