Not feeling too good today, had a migraine yesterday late in the day and still a bit fragile!  I did part of the walk with the U3A and joined them for coffee but the rest of the day I've been resting.  Feeling much better this evening.  Had a quick look around the house for a "section" shot and came up with this!  Hope it will do
