I'm electric ride me!

Yet another city bike scheme, about 3 weeks since the Uber Bikes appeared in London.  Not sure about the labelling here either; "free" means £1 per 10 mins usage of the e-bike, or 10 mins free pedalling then 50p per 10 mins.
