Crawling

Here is a picture of blue sky so that I remember what it looks like; the break through was late afternoon following a very lightly moist smattering on and off.

The Stachys are crawling with bees all the time, despite the flowers being so visually insignificant. I leant down and smelled one for the first time ever and they have a delicious, slightly citrus scent - no wonder the bees like them.

We have spent the day cleaning and packing - usual stuff, except there's a guest needing chats too. Usual long day tomorrow ...
