Explosion!

My red vintage Pyrex "Snowflake" casserole dish exploded in the oven. I wonder if Pyrex it has a shelf life. Its a shame as the red one is quite rare. And it was quite lovely. The black, yellow and turquoise ones will be tableware only from now on.
