The Model Rail Enthusiast

I have been a doting Grandma and bought William a Trackmaster rail set with four engines to match: Thomas the Tank Engine, James, Emily and Percy.

Grandad built a simple oval track on the table in the conservatory and we three spent much of the afternoon watching the trains chug round the track. Emily is the slowest, then Thomas. James and Percy catch up with each other.

There was some Duplo play as well.

Mummy Meet at the Coach and Horses was notable for William finally joining in and sitting round a table with the others to do some colouring (extra).
