Lotus Time

The annual Lotus and Water Lily Festival takes place at our local Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens in mid-July.  I would never consider going that weekend, with the crowds, but we are fortunate to be able to enjoy this National Park Service treasure all summer.  It's about a half hour from home with no traffic, and well worth the trip.
